Servant Teams
We believe that servanthood is key to being a witness. With the many Encounter Servant Teams we have, we hope that students will see them as opportunities to not only put their talents and skills into action for our community, but also to grow in selfless love for one another. These Servant Teams mainly have a part in putting together Encounter, our main weekly meetings.
Administration/Publicity

The administration team helps keep InterVarsity's weekly events running smoothly - from sending out emails, to creating PowerPoint slides, running our social media updates, and helping out with registration for events.
Ambiance

The ambiance team helps people lay aside distractions and connect with the teaching and worship by transforming a classroom (through artwork, decorations, and displays) into a place where people can connect easily with God.
Audio-Visual

The audio-visual team helps the media and sound run smoothly at Encounter. They know how to run PowerPoint and tech during an event, and how to adjust and mix sounds with a soundboard. If you'd like to join, please email Michael Neufeld.
Hospitality and Welcome

The hospitality and welcome team strengthens the TCF community and fosters community-wide love by welcoming all people to large group meetings and providing name tags and tasty snacks.
Media

The media and publicity team keeps TCFers and all of USC in the know by providing creative announcement slides, flyers, videos, and posters. If you'd like to join, please email Gloria Guo.
Performing Arts

The performing arts team helps people connect with the teaching and receive from the Holy Spirit through the visual and performing arts.
Prayer and Response

The prayer team leads TCF to the heart of God and invites God to work in and through us through Intercessory Prayer Meetings and prayer ministry at Encounter.
Set Up/Clean Up

The set up and clean up team makes large group meetings possible by arriving early to set up the room, running A/V during the meeting, and cleaning up afterwards.
Worship

The worship team helps people connect with God and leads them into a posture of worship through music. If you'd like to join, email Michael Neufeld.
