Fall Conference 2011
Theme: Radical selflessness in a self-centered world
Everywhere we go, the voices in our culture tell us to take care of ourselves, spend on ourselves, and become self-sufficient. The message of Jesus, however, is one of radical selflessness and of a God who gave himself for us. Join us as we spend an entire weekend together enjoying community, hearing some great teaching about this scandalous, others-focused love of God, and having fun on beautiful Catalina Island. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, volleyball, snorkeling, basketball, hiking, and more at InterVarsity's own private campground on Catalina Island, Campus by the Sea. COST $165 The cost covers all transportation, lodging, and food for the weekend. A $65 non-refundable deposit is needed at registration to lock in your spot. The remaining balance can be paid anytime prior to the conference. All payments can be made by cash, check, credit card, electronic check, or via your Paypal account (note: credit card and Paypal payments are subject to a small Paypal fee). |
